Us adults from organization team, are volunteers. We do not take any payment for what we do, nor do we wish to right now. For money has (amongst other qualities, not all of which are necessarily bad) the magical power to turn joy into a burden, a duty and unnecessary overthinking – and that is not what we want. Nor do we want state financial support or to be tied down by the grant system; for the time being, we’re managing to get by with the help of all the known (and only one) God and also with contributions from selected foundations and individuals. It may not be the most reasonable solution, but we aren’t the most reasonable people – which is also one of the reasons why we’ve been regularly visiting excluded localities; places where the reasonable people rather not go. If you don’t want to go there either and it makes you feel guilty (which it should), or perhaps your conscience is clear but you also have a good heart and a full wallet (is that even possible?), anyhow, if you’d like to contribute to us, you’ll find our bank account number in the ‘Contact’ section, and here, beneath the pictures, we are trying to describe how we do what we do.

Although our association has a chairwoman, planning of events, trips and summer camps always takes place during our joint meetings, and the final arrangements are based on a balance between our imagination, capabilities and limitations.

The nature of our activities is largely shaped by the needs and wishes of the children we work with.
The possibilities grow as mutual trust develops between the adult team and the children, as well as between the team and the parents. There are, of course, times when we come up with our own suggestions for specific activities or set boundaries on our site; however, listening to the children’s dreams and ideas is one of the foundations of what we do.
with imagination
As well as having fun and gazing at the sky, our trips and camps also involve creating things together. Sometimes we make collages or zines, take photos, shoot videos or print designs onto T-shirts. But what we enjoy most – and do on a regular basis – is theatre. Sometimes it turns out more like a circus, other times a cabaret or a play, and sometimes it spills over into a travelling carnival with masks and games. We love the liveliness of these moments and the fact that, whilst children can express themselves freely in such formats, all the individual elements must come together to make sense. We enjoy to spend the money we earn together and to see the people we amused.
We love to do theather, because children love to do it. And they are really good at it.
